The hotel provided an outstanding view from my room that was truly unforgettable, making it a highlight of my stay. However, I experienced some significant issues with the customer service, especially during check-in and breakfast. The location is perfect for sightseeing and getting around, but the dining experience left much to be desired in terms of variety and quality.

My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is in a great location near the 9/11 Memorial and has stunning views from the higher floors.
